Refund and Returns Policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously . We offer an easy return service for all non-personalised(custom) goods within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All returned goods need to be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

RETURN THE GOODS

Please contact us through email at [email protected] before you return order so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code that you can include in the package for our easy reference.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

BIG BOX Outlet Store will ship back the new item/s at no extra cost to the customer.

Late or missing refunds
